Meals are vegetarian (non veg meals can be requested for additional cost) locally prepared within our Homestay kitchen by Mrs. Dhami. We try our best to serve you traditional and authentic dishes of Kings time. We take pride in our meals to be fresh and tasty and can cater to individual meal requirements if needed. We also make sure they are all prepared with love and passion. You will not be disappointed.
Rooms have attached private washrooms with hot (geyser system)/cold running water.
Porterage is available to carry your bags to our home.
Winter months December, January, February we provide heaters, for additional cost. Provide at no extra cost are hot water bottles and a fire in the dinning room.
Summer months we provide a fan in each of the rooms.

Cancellation Policy:
25% non refundable if cancelled 15 days prior to arrival
50% non refundable if cancelled 14 - 10 days to arrival
80% non refundable if cancelled 09 - 07 days to arrival
100% non refundable if cancelled 06 - 00 days to arrival
In case of premature departure, 80% of cost for days not used shall be forfeited.
Unforseen Circumstances: As we can not control mother nature we do have to advise you that if any unforeseen or unprecedented reasons, including natural calamities occur, Orchard Hut and the Dhami family are not liable for loss of time or activities. In such eventualities, guests/travellers shall bear their own risks and medical coverage.
